WATER CURTAILMENT EFFECTIVE:
JUNE 1, 2026
INVOLUNTARY REDUCTION IN WATER USAGE
Customers who
irrigate their lawns, gardens and shrubs must do so on alternating days:
Even numbered side of the street may water on Monday, Thursday and
Saturday
Odd numbered side of street may water on Sunday, Tuesday and Friday
No watering may be done on Wednesday
Customers must decrease significantly their irrigation
Customers with
unique water needs (golf courses, park areas, sports fields, etc.), as
determined by CCRW, must decrease significantly their irrigation and schedule
their irrigation at the direction of CCRW management.
Commercial,
Industrial and Institutional customers may be required to decrease their
processed water usage.
Vehicles may be
washed only at either high pressure, low water usage car washes or, if at home,
using a pressure washer or a garden hose with a shut-off nozzle.
Fire hydrant
water shall only be used for fighting fires or as preapproved by CCRW.
Splash pads which
do not recycle or treat their water for reuse must cease operation.
